WLA2 Nosara Coming Soon!
We are currently halfway through the WLA1 Nosara program and already see a tremendous need for our work to continue—To support and uplift the local community in their personal development by strengthen their leadership and wellbeing.
Why Nosara, Costa Rica?
According to estimates, Nosara is the second fastest-growing district in the country. As more and more foreigners move into the area, the gap between Costa Ricans and foreigners continues to widen. This rapid growth has brought significant challenges, including limited access to basic services, strained infrastructure, environmental pressures, and growing concerns around the community’s mental health and well-being. The ongoing gentrification has deepened socioeconomic inequalities and exacerbated the lack of cultural integration, creating visible divides that threaten the social fabric and long-term sustainability of Nosara.
Creating a more equitable, inclusive, and safe Nosara is not a one-step solution—it’s a layered, community-led journey that requires all of us. At the heart of this vision are leadership and personal development programs that weave together wellness, community, and purpose. Through the Wellth Living Academy, we’re opening doors that have too often been closed.
By providing scholarships to local national participants, we make high-quality leadership training accessible to those who might never have had the chance. We believe in raising leaders from within the community—leaders who know this land, love this place, and can guide Nosara’s growth with heart and wisdom.
Our intention is to increase our enrollment with the WLA2 cohort to 15-20 participants. With the increased number of participants, this means added costs of the program material and staff, specifically. This program is entirely in Spanish, which means we get to hire local people to support our great efforts—pouring back into the local economy, providing a source of income and creating a ripple effect within community.
Each participates tuition is $1,700.00 for the full 6-month program. This includes their program materials, delivery of the program curriculum, and mentorship. We seek to raise $25,500.00 - $34,000.00 to support the costs of 15-20 local people to participate in the 6-month Wellth Living Academy Leadership Program.
Support us in continuing this great work in the community of Nosara by contributing to our scholarship fund. Be part of this movement and mission with us and witness a community transform from lack to abundance. Enrollment for WLA2 Nosara is set to open May 2026.
